November 7th there will be an
experiential workshop, THE BREATH, at Unity Church of Jacksonville,
634 Lomax Street, from 10:00 – noon. You’ll learn the importance of being aware of
your breath and how you can use the breath to reduce stress, bring joy, enhance
meditation, manifest your desires and more. Suggested Love Offering,
$30.00. Everyone
welcome.

Take
note that the last MEDITATION/MASTERMIND group gatherings for
2009 will be November 10th. I know it’s terribly early to close down, but
I have other obligations that I need to fulfill. I hope everyone who has ever thought of
attending will try to make it November
10th at noon and at 7:00 pm. This is a wonderful, spiritual gathering of
delightful people! $5.00
November 14 is a REIKI I workshop. What a great early holiday gift for yourself,
learning to heal yourself and others with hands-on healing. You’ll learn the history of Reiki, the Reiki
principles, the 3 pillars of Reiki, the hand positions to use for yourself and
for others and be attuned to the Reiki energy.
It’s a great day of learning and sharing. 9:30 –
6:00, $100.00.
There
will be a REIKI
II workshop on Sunday,
November 15th, at a new time, 12:30 til… That way you and I can attend
church and still have time to do the class. (My church is announcing a new
minister, so I really want to be there!)
You will learn three sacred Reiki symbols…how to pronounce, draw and use
the symbols to enhance your healing abilities.
You will also be attuned to a new level of Reiki energy. $175.00.
The
last REIKI
EXCHANGE of the year will be December 2nd. If you have taken a Reiki I class, you are
welcome to come and give and receive the wonderful Reiki energy. 7:00. $5.00.
We
will begin our new year 2010 with setting
our intentions and burning what is no longer serving us at noon and again at 7:00 on Tuesday, January 5th
(in lieu of the Meditation gathering). Please come and join us. $5.00. If you can only make one meditation group,
plan to attend this one. It’s a great
way to start a new year.
The
first Reiki Exchange will be on the 6th of January.
Plan now to attend the first
big seminar of the year, Shaman’s
Touch I, on January 30-31. You’ll have 2 days of learning and
experiencing healing of various kinds.
You will receive 2 certificates, Shaman’s Touch and Tera
Mai Reiki. Such a deal! $250. More later, but please start putting your
dollars aside and mark your calendars.
